Personal training is about setting and achieving fitness goals. Everyone has different goals and different timelines they have set themselves to achieve those goals. I help my clients define what those goals should be, what they need to do to achieve those goals and to set realistic timescales and activity plans for doing so.
To help my clients make fitness a core part of their daily lives, rather than a complicated chore that has to be squeezed into their busy lives, I offer alternative ways to train. You can work with me in person, via the specialist Everfit app, or using a combination of both methods.

1:1 Personal Training In Brentwood

If you’re based in Essex and want hands-on coaching, personal training is probably the best option. All sessions are conducted at Ab Salute Gym, Brentwood.
My 1:1 personal training sessions offer a highly tailored approach to fitness, ensuring every workout is designed around your unique goals, abilities, and preferences. You receive real-time feedback on progress and technique, reducing the risk of injury and maximising results. This personalised guidance helps keep you motivated and accountable, making it easier to stay consistent and achieve long-term success. The flexibility to adapt sessions to your progress means you’re always challenged at the right level.

If you would like to work with me, you book blocks of 10 sessions (45 minutes each). The cost is £600.

Online Coaching: Train Anywhere
Get all the guidance, structure, and accountability of a personal trainer—at a fraction of the cost. Delivered via the Everfit App, online coaching includes personalised programs, progress tracking, and ongoing support.

If you would like to work with me, you make an initial 3-month commitment at £120/month. After that, it is a rolling monthly contract.
Training with me online via the Everfit app is Ideal for clients outside Essex or those seeking flexibility.
