I’m a Brentwood-based personal trainer with a passion for helping people of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals. With years of experience and a focus on biomechanics, strength, and sustainable body composition changes, I create programs that fit your lifestyle and help you achieve your fitness and health ambitions. I work with clients from their early 20s to their 80s, helping them feel stronger, move better, and live healthier lives. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, training for a sport, or simply want to feel more confident, I’ll guide you every step of the way. Committing to making positive changes to your health and fitness can be very difficult if you struggle with motivation, time or simply not knowing quite where to start. I offer a free consultation to all clients. It allows me to understand your goals and allows you to get to know me a little before you make any commitment.
